Minimum opening order

There is NO minimum opening order and re-order amount.

Ordering

To place an order simply email me with the item codes and quantities you would like to order. If you have some special shipping, packaging and timeline preferences please let me know.

Payment

When I received your order you will receive from me a detailed invoice. Please note, payment has to be done before delivery.

We accept PayPal, credit cards or bank transfer.

Shipping

After reception of the payment I deliver your order shortly and indicate you a tracking number. Allow me up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Please let me know if you would like to request special shipping terms and times.

Please note, that delivery fees are not included in the wholesale price. Please send me your order to get delivery costs, they can vary according to the weight and destination. FREE shipping offer is from 500€.

Custom duties

For all orders from EU country you are not beholden of customs duties. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. These additional costs are solely your responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.

Delivery

We can not guarantee the delays below with precisions. It depends of your destination and the actual status of your postal services. If the package has to go through customs, it may take longer than expected.

Returns

I do not accept returns for wholesale orders unless the items received damaged. If they unfortunately are please notify me within 2 business days for a replacement. But I will always find a solution if you want to return or change something.

Product

I offer greeting cards for almost all occasions, postcards, art prints, calendars, planners and recipe books. All products are lovingly illustrated and made from eco-friendly paper.
